El Tony Crew Clash video battle
El Tony Mate is bringing Crew Clash, a new competition and media format, to the big stage. Professional ski and snowboard crews will compete against each other to produce the best video edits in just a few days. Instead of a traditional freestyle competition, the focus is on creativity, rider-driven judging, and community vibes.
From April 1–5, 2025, Davos will become the stage for the unique battle of Crew Clash. Five pro crews, each led by an El Tony Mate athlete – Celia Petrig (SNB), Kim Gubser (SKI), Lukas Müllauer (SKI), Nick Pünter (SNB), and Elio Fumagalli (SNB) – will have only a few days to create an innovative edit. There are no set judging criteria, just maximum creative freedom.

At Crew Clash, there is no external judging panel – the riders themselves decide the winners: Best Edit (CHF 10,000), MVP Female (CHF 2,000), MVP Male (CHF 2,000). The audience also has a say, awarding the Public’s Favorite Team prize (CHF 2,000) through live voting.
To further inspire creativity, El Tony Mate is introducing custom-designed obstacles – signature features that will be donated to Jatzpark after the event, ensuring that the Crew Clash spirit lives on beyond the competition.
