From 24 to 27 March 2022, the FIS Freeski & Snowboard World Cup Corvatsch will take place in Silvaplana. It is the 9th edition of a Slopestyle World Cup for freeskiers in Corvatsch Park where world-class snowboarders have been competing since 2021. For the second time, snowboarders and freeskiers will celebrate the finals of the FIS World Cup season together in Silvaplana, in 2022. The run for the event titles and a total of CHF 100,000 in prize money is accompanied by the awarding of the large and small crystal globes.

For the time being, Corvatsch champions like Andri Ragettli (SUI), Sarah Höfflin (SUI), Tess Ledeux (FRA), Colby Stevenson (USA), Marcus Kleveland (NOR) and Reira Iwabuchi (JPN) are in Olympic action. A powerful line-up of freestyle athletes is guaranteed for the end of March 2022 – the Corvatsch Park, high above Silvaplana in the Engadin, is one of the most popular courses on the FIS World Cup Tour. As a result, teams are not ignoring the fact that the FIS Freestyle World Championships will be held here in 2025.
